Michael Noud was a young energetic salesman who first took our call-in to see if an online advertised Traverse Premiere was still available. He was professional and responsive so we make an appointment. His knowledge of the vehicle was great. As we all know, there is a game involved with car dealer "rules of engagement" and we were prepared to deal. Michael was receptive to our negotiations and although we never met his Sales Manager with whom he went back and forth with, we ultimately were satisfied with the final negotiated price. Michael followed up a day or so later to assist with the interior treatment that still needed to be complete. All is done and we are enjoying the car.
