I dropped my 2019 truck off with a list of annoying issues and some standard service stuff on a Monday. I told the service writer that I needed it back by Thursday night, since i was going out of town.. That time frame came and went without any contact from your service department despite the 4 times called for an update on completion. And waited on each call from 15 to 20 minutes, only to be told by the operator that she had sent the service writer a text message. I never heard back. Friday afternoon I heard from someone standing in for my service writer and was told it would be Monday before I got my truck back. Your company has a gross lack of communication with its client, me! Your current call center system is a mess, one should be able to talk directly to the service department and not have to go through this song and dance routine. .And your annoying text message, with a link to "where you can check the status of your car" is a link to nowhere, It's a bust too, only showing what I brought my truck in for in the first place. between your call center and this link, Makes me want to pull my hair out. You have a great location, It's 2020, time to get with it and fix this broken system. Or you are going to loose me and others.
