Rene was an amazing service rep. He was very communicative. Check in was very smooth and quick. He updated me throughout the day regarding my car. He also was able to get a more expensive part approved for my fix due to a back order of a cheaper part. He understood that the strike would cause further delays and took the initiative to ask his manager to approve a more costly fix in order to make sure I was satisfied with my service. I wasn’t even aware that was possible or asked to rush the fix. He truly went above and beyond. I will always come back for service on my vehicle and go through Rene. This is only the second time that I received such spectacular customer service when dealing with anything in regards to a vehicle (sales/service).
