I was told the repair would take about an hour and a half, so I waited in the lounge for the car. After two hours and fifteen minutes, I went up to find out what the status was, and was told that they were backed up. Overall, it took almost three hours. Had I known it would take so long, I would have gone home to wait. When given the bill, I asked for a discount for my inconvenience, and was given 10% off. It would have been nice if the dealership had offered, but I had to ask.
